1. Can you deliver to my wedding?
Unfortunately, no, we cannot deliver the flowers to your venue. Our Made to Order service is only available with collection from our studio in Battersea, London.
2. Will you help me set up my wedding flowers?
No, this is part of the bespoke service, however, we are more than happy to offer advice as to how to transport and place them yourselves. If you would like us to set up your wedding flowers please contact us for a Full Service quote.
3. After the wedding what do we do with the vases, etc?
Props are priced on a hire basis so they will need to be returned after your ceremony. There will be a 20% deposit to be paid based on the overall cost of your wedding, which will be reimbursed upon return of the props without any damage. Please get in touch if you would like to purchase any vases and we will add them to your quote.
4. What if my flowers are damaged en route?
If you choose to collect the flowers from us, we will ensure they are packed very safely and securely. As such we are not liable for any damage incurred after collection.
5. Can I change or cancel my order?
Depending on which aspect of your order you wish to change, we may transfer you to our bespoke Full Service. There can be no significant changes made less than two weeks before your wedding. A 50% deposit is due when you confirm your order and the remaining amount is to be paid in full, no less than two weeks before the wedding. The booking deposit is non refundable.
6. When should I place my order?
Made to Order flowers can be ordered whenever is most convenient for you, however, we do ask for a minimum two week's notice so that we can source the best flowers for you.
7. Can I change aspects of the colour scheme or style?
If you would like to request a certain flower type to be used or a specific colour, please add this in the comments section at the end of the process and we will do our utmost to accommodate your request. For wider ranging or larger changes we would need to transfer you to our bespoke Full Service.
CEREMONY FLOWERS
You can mix and match the above on your tables, but we would recommend...
- Two large arrangements at the end of the aisle to frame the couple as they marry.
Approximate dimensions:
A large vase arrangement is 90-130cm high x 60cm wide.
- Pew ends for every other row to draw guests eyes to the front of the ceremony.
Approximate dimensions:
Pew ends are 50cm high - 25cm wide.
RECEPTION FLOWERS
You can mix and match the above on your tables, but we would recommend...
- Poseur tables and drinks tables work well with bud vases or vase arrangements.
- For a round table: 5 bud vases, 1 large vase or 1 medium vase and 3 bud vases.
- For a long table of 6 people: either 5 bud vases, 2 large vases or 1 medium vase and 3 bud vases.

Bud vases are 40cm high x 45cm wide.

Bridal flowers

Our Bridal Bouquets are 24cm in diameter. Bridesmaids Bouquets are 20cm in diameter.
Each bouquet is carefully bound with a naturally dyed silk ribbon handcrafted in the UK.
Buttonholes are finished with your preference of a white satin ribbon or a natural twine and we provide pins ready for them to be attached.
Flower crowns are attached at the back with a soft and stylish white satin ribbon.
Flower Crowns can be created with children in mind; the size is adjusted by tightening or loosening the ribbon. Please let us know the age of the child in the comments section so that we can make sure it fits.
HOW THE PROCESS WORKS
Lucy Vail Floristry introduces ‘Weddings - Made to Order’: the perfect solution for brides who desire something magical in the luxurious Lucy Vail style without the price of the full bespoke service.
Lucy and her team will lovingly create your wedding flowers using the finest seasonal stems. All arrangements are foam free and all blooms come straight from British flower farms from the months of March - October.
Once arranged your wedding flowers will be carefully packaged, ready for you to collect from our studio in Battersea, London at a time most convenient to you. Simply place your order by following the simple process below, and we will get in touch to confirm all the details!
Please note that we can only accept bookings for our Made to Order service with a minimum spend of £3,000 + VAT.
